This report outlines any incidents during the reporting period where the Duty of Candour was applied
in accordance with The Duty of Candour Procedure (Scotland) Regulations 2018.

The Duty of Candour is a legal requirement that ensures individuals affected by incidents in health
and social care services are informed and offered an explanation.
